Shipping in India :
We dispatch most orders within 7-8 working days. Unexpected delays can occur, hence we would inform you about the same.
We provide free shipping across the country for standard delivery. Cash on Delivery charges will apply on all cash on delivery orders, the cost of which will be calculated at the time of checkout.
Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days from day of dispatch. Delivery to areas with remote connectivity may take up to 7-8 working days.
All orders will be delivered to the address mentioned at the time of placing the order. To ensure timely delivery and avoid misplacement, we request you to provide your complete address and check thoroughly before submitting. Incase the delivery is not accepted in the second attempt, the cost of re-shipping the products will have to borne by the customer.
International Shipping :
We ship worldwide. Shipping anywhere in the world, apart from India, can cost anywhere between INR 1500 - INR 2600 over and above the order total depending on factors such as weight and location.
Delivery can take up to 10-15 working days from the order date. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Happï Space is not responsible for delays, customs or duties. All applicable import and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. These vary in all countries and are determined by your local government.
Return and exchange Policy:
We do not accept returns as every piece is made to order. We only provide exchange of size or alteration and credit notes in some cases. Custom orders cannot be altered further/ exchanged.

1. Incase of any alteration/exchange of size, the customer is requested to inform us about the same within 7 days of delivery. We accept the exchange within 15 days of the registered request and hold the right to not accept the products incase received in a damaged condition, worn or after the given time. The product can only be exchanged/altered/returned once.
2.In case, the product is defected/damaged. Please inform us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement for you. We will not entertain any exchange requests after the 7 day window. Custom orders are non returnable or exchangeable.
3. The cost of sending the product to us if any have to be borne by the customer. You will have to self ship the products to us. We will dispatch the altered/exchanged product at our expense. Request you to please go through our size guide thoroughly before confirming your orders or get in touch with us to know the right size for you. 4. For international clients, if you wish to exchange a garment, you will have to ship it back to us yourself and pay for shipping again for the exchanged garment. We only ship the exchanged garment free of cost, domestically.
5. The products should be in unworn condition with all tags intact. Happï Space holds all rights to not accept the products incase they are used or damaged by the customer.
6. We do not accept returns against refunds as all sales are final.
